Development and implementing a marketing plan

Background

SIP Energy Homes are Ireland's first manufacturer of structured insulated panels (SIPs) for use in the construction of new homes. Having generated some success in selling its technology in the Irish market in 2007, SIP Energy contacted IMS with a view to designing a marketing plan for the business for 2008.

Our Work

To-date we have provided the following assistance to SIP Energy Homes:

  • Marketing Plan for 2008.

  • Improved branding and message.

  • Design of a new range of sales and promotional materials including a new website, demonstration DVD and information folder.

  • Planning and launch of SIP Energy Homes at the 2008 Energy Show (April '08). This show was a huge success and resulted a large number of leads for the business. We have also supported SIP Energy after the show by the circulation of information packs and follow-up phone calls to all leads.

  • Online marketing and promotion of SIP Energy Homes.

  • Ongoing database development.

  • Roll-out of a national PR program to build awareness of SIP Energy Homes.

IMS work in a seamless way with SIP Energy Homes. We report on a monthly basis on all of our activities which are ultimately measured against leads and new business conversion.
