Planning and Implementation of a marketing and re-branding plan in the Irish Market
Background
Manutec is a leading provider of building management systems to the scientific, commercial and hospitality sectors in Ireland. The company had achieved an excellent reputation in the marketplace but wanted to refresh its image and approach.
Our Work
Over a 6 month period we worked with Manutec in the development and implementation of a marketing plan for its services in the Irish market. This involved:
- The segmentation of Manutec's business
- Re-branding to focus on strategic sectors for the company
- Website redesign, optimisation and marketing resulting in #3 organic ranking on Google
- Design of company brochures and other collateral materials to bring brand consistency to sales and marketing activities
- A database marketing program involving segmented mailings and quarterly newsletters
- Company publicity in Irish market journals
As part of the project with Manutec, we assisted in a smooth transfer in-house of many on-going marketing programs including pay-per-click campaigns, database marketing and PR.
